Instructions

Allevyn Life is intended for the management of acute and chronic exudative wounds, including skin tears, surgical wounds, burns, pressure sores, leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, infected wounds and fungus ulcers.

User Manual

1. Clean the wound according to usual procedures
2. Choose a dressing of suitable size
3. Prepare and clean the skin around the wound
4. Apply the dressing starting by removing one of the protective films
5. Remove the remaining protective film and smooth the dressing over the wound

Frequency of Dressing Renewal

Allevyn Life dressings can be left in place for up to 7 days, with the exception of the sacrum area where they can be left in place for up to 5 days, depending on the condition of the wound and the skin around the wound.
