Nutritional Information and Directions for Use

For 2 heather + cranberry capsules: 267mg of cranberry berry extract and 250mg of heather flowering top extract.

Take 1 capsule of heather + cranberry and 1 capsule of essential oils per day, 2 times per day (morning and evening), with a large glass of water.

Precautions and Contra-Indications

Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and people allergic to essential oils.
