Balsolène Inhalation is a medicine intended to relieve the symptoms of common respiratory conditions such as colds, rhinitis and nasopharyngitis in adults and children over 12 years old. This inhalation solution is formulated with essential oils of eucalyptus, niaouli and levomenthol to provide a rapid and effective decongestant effect.
Indications and contraindications
- Instructions:
- Troublesome respiratory illnesses (colds, rhinitis, nasopharyngitis) in adults and children over 12 years of age.
- Contraindications:
- Allergy to the product.
- Children with a history of seizures (febrile or not) due to the presence of terpene derivatives.
Active ingredients and instructions for use
For 100 ml of inhalation solution, Balsolène contains:- Eucalyptus essential oil: 1.165g- Niaouli essential oil: 0.720g- Levomenthol: 0.720g- Benzoin from Laos: 1,350g
Directions for use: Pour a teaspoon of solution into a bowl of very hot but not boiling water and inhale the vapors. Repeat the inhalations 3 times a day. It is important to follow the precautions for use to avoid any risk.
Precautions and interactions
Do not swallow. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop treatment. In the event of long-standing or recent epilepsy, seek advice from your doctor. It is also important to report any other current treatment to your doctor or pharmacist to avoid drug interactions.
