Biafine Emulsion for Cutaneous Application is a medication in the form of an emulsion for skin application, indicated for the treatment of erythema secondary to radiotherapy treatments, first and second degree burns and any other non-infected skin wound.

Tips for Use
Follow your doctor’s recommendations. In general, 2 to 3 daily applications, evenly spaced, working in with a light massage.
Precautions for Use
In the event of a burn with blister formation or extensive burn, or in the event of a deep or extensive wound, a medical consultation is essential before applying medication to the lesion.
Active Ingredients
The active substance is: trolamine 0.670 g (for 100 g of emulsion for skin application)
Possible Side Effects
- Moderate and transient pain (tingling)
- Rare contact allergy
- Very rare case of contact eczema requiring immediate cessation of treatment
