Biocanina Fiprocat is an antiparasitic treatment specifically designed for cats weighing more than 1kg. It is presented in the form of 0.5ml pipettes, containing 50mg of fipronil, an insecticide belonging to the phenylpyrazole family.

Properties

• Insecticidal effectiveness which prevents new flea infestations for 4 weeks
• Can be integrated into a treatment program for Flea Bite Allergy Dermatitis (DAPP)
• Persistent acaricidal activity for up to one week against Ixodes ricinus ticks

Instructions

Biocanina Fiprocat is indicated for the treatment of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides spp.) in cats.

Tips for use

A 0.5ml pipette allows the treatment of one cat, which corresponds to a minimum recommended dose of 5mg of fipronil per kg of body weight. The minimum interval between two applications should not be less than 4 weeks.

Precautions for use

The veterinary medicinal product does not prevent infestations of the animal by ticks. Pet fleas often infest the pet’s bed, sleeping area and resting areas.
