Biogaran Chlorhexidine/Benzalkonium/Benzyl Alcohol Solution For Local Application 250ml

This medication is an antiseptic and disinfectant indicated for the antisepsis of shallow surgical and traumatic wounds, the local adjunctive treatment of skin conditions that are infected or at risk of becoming infected, and the antisepsis of the skin before an operation.

Indications:

• External use
• For shallow surgical and traumatic wounds
• In case of skin conditions that are infected or at risk of infection

Contraindications:

• Do not use on a large surface, under an occlusive dressing, on deeply burned skin, on premature or infant skin
• Do not use if you are allergic to chlorhexidine or the quaternary ammonium family
• Do not use in the ear canal in case of perforated eardrum, nor in the eyes, nor on the genital mucous membranes

Active ingredients:

<li Chlorhexidine digluconate 0.25g/100ml
• Benzalkonium chloride 0.025g/100ml
• Benzyl alcohol 4ml/100ml

Tips for use:

• Injured skin: 1 application, 2 times a day
• Preparation of healthy skin for surgery: 2 successive applications

Precautions for use:

• Do not swallow
• Do not leave within reach of children
• Avoid the simultaneous or successive use of other antiseptics
