Instructions

• Cold use: pain in the shoulders and trapezius
• Hot use: muscle pain, stiffness, muscle contractures

Tips for use

For cold use, place the cushion in the freezer for at least 2 hours, then apply it to the treated area for up to 20 minutes, leaving a 20-minute break between applications.

For hot use, heat the cushion in the microwave following the times and temperatures indicated, then apply it to the treated area for a maximum of 20 minutes, leaving a 20-minute break between applications.
