Indications and Contraindications

Biover Selfcare Junior Cough Syrup is indicated for the rapid relief of dry and wet coughs that accompany a cold in children aged 1 and over. It is contraindicated in case of allergy to any of the ingredients, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and in children under 1 year of age.

Ingredients and Composition

Each 15 ml of syrup contains 143 mg of dry marshmallow root extract and 750 mg of honey. Other ingredients include xylitol, xanthan, glycerol anhydrous, citric acid, strawberry flavor, methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate, propyl-4-hydroxybenzoate and purified water.

Tips for Use

The recommended dose varies depending on the age of the child:- Children aged 6 to 11: 15 ml, up to 4 times a day- Children aged 4 to 5 years: 7.5 ml, up to 4 times a day- Children aged 2 to 3 years: 5 ml, up to 4 times a day- Children over 1 year old: 5 ml, up to 3 times a dayUse the measurement provided.

Precautions and Storage

It is recommended to seek advice from a healthcare professional for children aged 1 to 3 years. This product must be stored out of the reach and sight of children, at a temperature below 25°C. Close the bottle after use and use the contents within 4 weeks of opening.
