Instructions

For cryotherapy (cold application):

• Acute soft tissue injuries
• Inflammations (tendinitis, bursitis)
• Chronic diseases (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis)
• Muscle spasms
• Oedema

For thermotherapy (hot application):

• Muscle pain
• Soft tissue stiffness
• Subacute inflammations (including arthritis)

Contraindications

Do not apply in cases of circulatory disorders, Raynaud’s disease, cryoglobulinemia, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria or urticaria linked to cold for cryotherapy. Do not apply in cases of circulatory disorders, tumors, sensory disorders, acute trauma, bleeding, acute inflammation and acute edema for thermotherapy.

Tips for use

For cold use, place the bag in the freezer for 2 hours or in the refrigerator for 6 hours. For hot use, reheat in the microwave for 4 minutes or in boiling water for 2 minutes.
