Ingredients: Freeze-dried cultures of L. rhamnosus, L. helveticus, L. brevis and L. helveticus, titrating 2.10^9 lactobacilli per capsule.

Advice for use: 1 capsule per day for one month, to swallow with a glass of water, ideally during meals.
