PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Comfeel Plus Transparent is a soft and thin hydrocolloid dressing, designed to seal and heal wounds with no or low exudate. This dressing can be left on the wound for up to 7 days, depending on the specific characteristics of the wound. The semi-permeable upper film allows evaporation depending on the exudate level, while preventing water and bacteria from entering the wound.

COMPOSITION AND MODE OF ACTION:

Comfeel Plus Transparent is made up of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) particles encapsulated in a synthetic, elastic and sticky mass, which absorb moisture. When the dressing comes into contact with wound exudate, it forms a viscous gel that absorbs the exudate without adhering to the wound.

INDICATIONS:

Comfeel Plus Transparent can be used for the treatment of chronic wounds and acute superficial wounds with no or low exudate, in the final stages of healing. It is also indicated for the treatment of superficial burns, partial thickness superficial burns, graft donor sites, postoperative wounds and dermabrasions.
