Doliprane is an analgesic (relieves pain) and an antipyretic (reduces fever) which contains paracetamol as an active substance. It is used to treat pain and/or fever, for example in cases of headache, flu, dental pain, body aches, painful periods.

• Reserved for adults and children from 27 kg (i.e. from approximately 8 years old)

Advice for good use

1. Start your treatment with the lowest effective dose: 500 mg.
2. Never exceed 1 g (1000 mg) per dose.
3. After one dose, wait at least 4 to 6 hours before taking another dose.
4. When self-medicating, never exceed 3 g (3000 mg) per day and do not exceed 5 days of treatment.
5. If your condition does not improve, never increase the doses or reduce the time between doses.
6. If you are taking other medicines for fever, pain or cold and/or flu symptoms, always check if they contain paracetamol, to avoid exceeding the limit of 3 g per day.
7. Avoid any alcohol consumption during treatment.

Precautions for use

This medicine contains paracetamol. Other medications contain it. Check that you are not taking other medicines containing paracetamol, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
