Properties

• Immediate effect: start the day calmly thanks to magnesium and vitamin B6 which contribute to the reduction of fatigue and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Prolonged effect: resist stress throughout the day thanks to schisandra which has adaptogenic properties and improves adaptation to stress.

Composition

Two layers with different release:

• First layer with immediate release: marine magnesium, vitamin B6, L-theanine from green tea, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6.
• Second layer with sustained release: complex of 3 adaptogenic plants (rhodiola, ashwagandha and schisandra), marine magnesium, vitamins B6 and B9.

Indications and precautions

Recommended for more peaceful days and in cases of stress. Do not consume if pregnant, breastfeeding, or by children under 18 years of age. Do not consume on an empty stomach or with other products containing green tea.

Tips for use
