Frontline Combo Line Fleas and Ticks Cat 6 Pipettes

This veterinary medicinal product is an acaricide and insecticide solution for topical use, designed to kill fleas, ticks and lice in cats and ferrets. It contains two active ingredients: fipronil, which kills fleas and ticks, and (S)-methoprene, which prevents the multiplication of fleas by inhibiting the development of eggs and larvae.

Effects and Effectiveness

• Kills fleas within 24 hours and ticks and lice within 48 hours of application
• Acaricidal effectiveness against ticks which persists for up to 2 weeks in cats and 4 weeks in ferrets
• Prevents the multiplication of fleas by inhibiting the development of eggs and larvae

Indications and Contraindications

This medication is indicated for the elimination of fleas, ticks and lice in cats and ferrets. However, it is contraindicated in kittens less than 8 weeks old and ferrets less than 6 months old, as well as in sick or convalescent animals.

Administration Mode

Apply a pipette of 0.5 ml per cat or ferret, topically to the skin, at the base of the neck between the shoulder blades. The minimum treatment interval is 4 weeks.

Precautions for Use

Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth of the animal, as well as contact with the skin and eyes of people administering the medication. Wash hands after application and keep out of reach of children.
