The Hartmann Hot/Cold Reusable Gel Pad is a versatile product for cryotherapy and heat therapy. It can be used for cooling and warming wounds, as well as for pain relief. This cushion is intended for external use and can be applied locally to exert a decongestant or relaxation effect.

Composition and precautions for use

• Gel: water, propylene glycol, gelling agents, coloring, stabilizers
• Bag: PA/PE
• Do not use in children under 3 years old, people who are very dependent, sick or sensitive to heat and cold
• No application for more than 20 minutes, take a 30 minute break between applications

Tips for use

To apply the cold pad, place the pad in the freezer compartment or freezer for 2 hours at a temperature of -18°C maximum. To apply the hot pad, immerse the pad in water heated to a maximum of 80°C for approximately 4 minutes, or heat it for 2 minutes in the microwave at 600 watts. Always place a cloth between the cushion and the skin.
