Hartmann’s Grassolind Neutral compresses are inert fatty compresses made from wide-mesh cotton fabric, permeable to air and exudates. Impregnated with a neutral ointment mass, they maintain the suppleness of wound surfaces and edges, even in cases of heavy exudation.

These compresses are sterile, easy to cut, non-sensitizing and non-allergenic, even with prolonged use. The ointment mass contains white petroleum jelly, diglycerol ester of mono- and dicarbonic fatty acids and synthetic wax.

Indications for these compresses include general wound treatment, coverage of skin graft harvesting sites, graft fixation, as well as applications in dermatology and for patients with sensitive skin.
