Cold water fish contain a high dose of omega 3. The casing is made of fish gelatin, so the capsule contains only 100% pure fish oil.

These omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are good for the heart and blood pressure. Additionally, DHA is good for brain function and vision. Maternal intake of DHA also contributes to the normal development of the brain and vision of the fetus and breastfed infant.
