• Min. 260 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid)

Tips for use

Initial dose: 4 capsules per day, divided over 2 or 3 meals and taken with a glass of water. After 4 to 6 weeks, maintenance dose of 2 capsules per day.
