Mepitel One is a unilateral soft silicone dressing designed to optimize the wound healing process. Thanks to its unilateral Safetac interface, it reduces pain and skin damage in patients, while promoting optimal undisturbed healing.
Key properties:
- One-sided soft silicone interface to minimize patient discomfort during dressing removal
- Safetac technology to seal the wound edges and reduce the risk of maceration
- Promotes the absence of adhesion to the moist wound bed, but only on dry skin
- Retains the properties of the product over time, leaves no residue and does not dry out
Indications:
- External use for the healing process
- Against pain and skin lesions
- As part of negative pressure wound treatment
- As a protective layer or on non-exuding wounds, blisters or on fragile skin areas
- For all types of exudative wounds such as skin tears, dermabrasions, surgical incisions, superficial second-degree burns, traumatic wounds, total or partial grafts, radiodermatitis and leg and foot ulcers
