The Mepore Film & Pad is a transparent, absorbent self-adhesive dressing designed for the treatment of lightly to moderately exuding wounds. It absorbs blood and exudate, protects the wound and allows effective management of exudate thanks to its highly absorbent foam cushion and the significant evaporation made possible by the external film.

This dressing is liquid impermeable and breathable, allowing for aseptic application and easy, gentle removal. It is also designed to be non-irritating to the skin, while ensuring long-lasting fixation.

Tips for use

Remove the protective film, position the dressing, be careful not to stretch the dressing, remove the paper edges as well as the two white paper side flaps during application. Place your hand on the bandage for a few seconds so that it sticks well.

Precautions for use

Do not use Mepore Film & Pad in patients sensitive to acrylate adhesive. Apply the dressing without stretching it so as not to damage the skin. In case of clinical signs of infection, initiate appropriate treatment.
