Olivie Plus 30X Bio is a high quality extra virgin olive oil, from olive trees grown in a preserved environment, without pollution or contamination. It contains 10 times more polyphenols than the normal value and 30 times more hydroxytyrosol than traditional olive oil. This gives it beneficial properties for health, such as protecting blood lipids against oxidative stress and maintaining normal cholesterol levels.
Olivie Plus 30X Organic olive oil is obtained thanks to a harsh environment for olive trees, which allows olive trees to produce more polyphenols to protect themselves. The production process gives the oil a crystalline appearance, a pronounced and peppery taste with a bitter touch, which are all signs of its quality and its richness in polyphenols.
In addition to its richness in polyphenols, Olivie Plus 30X Organic olive oil contains 60 mg of polyphenols per 20 g of olive oil, or 20 times more than the minimum dose recommended by the EFSA (5 mg). It can be consumed daily as a seasoning, with bread or alone, to benefit from its health benefits.
