Ciclopirox Olamine 1% cream from Pierre Fabre is an effective topical antifungal treatment against fungal infections of the skin and nails, as well as mild to moderate seborrheic dermatitis of the face.

Properties and Indications

This medication is indicated for the treatment of fungal infections of the skin or nails, with or without bacterial superinfection, as well as for mild to moderate seborrheic dermatitis of the face.

Tips for Use

Apply twice a day for approximately 21 days for skin fungus, and for several months for nail fungus. For seborrheic dermatitis, apply twice daily for 2 to 4 weeks, then once daily for maintenance treatment.

Precautions for Use

Do not swallow, do not apply near the eyes, on mucous membranes or on open wounds. Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This medicine contains cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol and benzyl alcohol, which may cause local skin reactions.
