Tips for use

To get the most out of Ravintsara essential oil, we recommend using it in the following ways:

• 2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral support (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil)
• Formula to increase natural defenses against winter ailments: mix 150 drops of Ravintsara with 70 drops of Radiated Eucalyptus, 35 drops of Noble Laurel and 35 drops of Niaouli in a 10 ml bottle. Apply 3 drops of the preparation mixed with a few drops of vegetable oil to the thorax and upper back, 3 times a day.
