Tips for use

Respiratory Hypertonic Nasal Spray: 2 sprays per nostril (maximum 5 times per day) for adults, 1 spray per nostril (maximum 5 times per day) for children over 7 years old.

Puressentiel Respiratory Throat Spray: 2 to 3 sprays per use at the back of the throat 3 to 6 times per day for adults, 1 spray per use at the back of the throat 3 to 6 times per day for children over 7 years old.
