• In case of chronic rhinitis or allergic rhinitis, use 1 drop of Tarragon + 1 drop of Marjoram with shells on a neutral Puressentiel tablet 3 times a day, and 1 drop of Scots Pine + 1 drop of Roman Chamomile + 2 drops of Puressentiel Calophyll Vegetable Oil on the frontal sinuses for 8 days.
• In case of sinusitis, use 30 drops of Radiated Eucalyptus + 10 drops of Scots Pine in a Puressentiel diffuser 3 times a day for 7 days.
• In case of fatigue, use 5 drops of Scots Pine in a massage in the middle of the back at the level of the kidneys morning and noon.
