Instructions

• In case of osteoarthritis with instability without fluid accumulation
• In the event of serious (residual) instability (in the event of significant effort)
• For secondary prevention of ankle ligament injuries (in case of significant effort without fluid accumulation)
• For the treatment of acute injuries of the lateral ankle ligaments and the follow-up treatment of ankle fractures, whether operated or not

Tips for use

Position the orthosis around the foot, respecting the symbols on the Velcro straps. Place the orthosis on top of the sock and close the elastic bands diagonally. Follow the washing instructions to extend the life of the orthosis.

Washing instructions

• Close the Velcro before washing
• Wash at temperatures up to 30°C, on a delicates program or by hand
• Avoid bleaching agents
• Air dry, without tumble drying

Precautions for use

• Avoid squeezing the shoulder pad too tightly at first
• Pain is always a warning sign, consult your doctor or therapist if pain persists or symptoms increase
