• Close the diagonal strip on the Velcro strip
• Take the elastic band on the outside of the foot and pass it at an angle above the instep
• Fix the elastic band using Velcro

Washing Instructions

To wash this orthotic, follow these steps:

• Close the Velcro to protect the shoulder pad and any other laundry
• Wash at temperatures up to 30°C, on a delicates program or by hand
• Avoid using bleaching agents
• Wring gently and air dry
