Active Ingredients

Deltamethrin, a molecule from the synthetic pyrethroid family, is the main active ingredient in Scalibor Protectorband. It acts by altering the permeability of sodium channels, causing hyperexcitation, followed by paralysis and parasite mortality.

Tips for Use

1 collar per animal, adjust the collar without tightening it to the animal’s neck and cut off the excess collar, leaving 5 cm after the buckle. The collar must be applied 1 week before introducing the dog into an infested environment.

Precautions for Use

Do not use with other ectoparasiticides of the pyrethroid or organophosphate class. Avoid prolonged contact with the collar or the dog wearing the collar.
