Sejoy Sars-Cov-2 Rapid Antigen Test 5 Pieces

The Sejoy Sars-Cov-2 Antigen Rapid Test is a rapid test kit for the qualitative in vitro detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigens in human anterior nasal swabs. It is used for rapid detection of suspected cases of COVID-19 and as a reconfirmation method for nucleic acid detection in people discharged from hospital.

This kit is intended for domestic use by uninitiated people in a non-laboratory setting. The test results of this kit are for clinical reference only. It is recommended to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the patient’s condition based on clinical manifestations and other laboratory analyzes.

Antigen tests are generally used during the acute phase of infection when samples are tested within eight days of the onset of symptoms in a suspect population.

Test procedure

1. Preparation: Place the test cassette, extraction reagent, and test components at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes.

2. Sample collection: insert the swab into one nostril to a depth of 2-4 cm, rub the swab slowly with rotating movements on the side wall of your nostril 5 times for 7-10 seconds.

3. Sample processing: Insert the swab into the extraction tube and immerse the entire swab tip in the extraction reagent.

4. Test procedure: Open the aluminum pouch of the test case, place the test case on a flat surface and pour 2 drops of the treated sample into the sample well of the cassette.

Interpretations of results

Negative result: a colored line in the area of ​​the control line (C). No line appears in the test zone (T).

Positive result: two lines appear. A colored line should appear in the control area (C) and another colored line should appear in the test area (T).

Invalid result: the control line does not appear.
