Usage

To warm the cushion, place it in the microwave for 60 seconds at 600 watts, then check if the heat is sufficient. If not, twist and knead the pad, then return it to the microwave in 20 second intervals until the desired heat is reached.

Precautions for use

Do not use in cases of sudden or chronic inflammations, feverish conditions, hot/cold insensitivity, open wounds, tumors or exemas, as well as heart problems.
