Spedifen 400mg is a medicine which contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, ibuprofen. It is indicated for the short-term treatment of fever and/or pain such as headache, flu-like illness, dental pain, body aches and painful periods.

Contraindications

Tips for use

The usual dosage is 1 tablet of 400 mg per dose, to be repeated if necessary, without exceeding 3 tablets of 400 mg per day.

Precautions for use

Anti-inflammatory/painkillers like ibuprofen may be associated with a slightly increased risk of heart attack or stroke.

Side effects

Very common: dyspepsia, diarrhea. Common: abdominal pain, nausea and gas, headache, feeling dizzy, skin disorder, rash.
