Tonipharm Alodont Solution Pour Mouthwash Bottle 200ml

Alodont, mouthwash solution, is a medication used for the local treatment of mouth infections and in care after oral cavity surgery.

Properties

• Composition: Cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorobutanol hemihydrate, eugenol
• Alcohol content: 21% v/v
• Other ingredients: alcohol, hydrogenated and polyoxyethylene castor oil 25, sodium hydroxide, citric acid monohydrate, peppermint essential oil, sodium saccharin, patent blue V (E131), purified water

• Local treatment of mouth infections
• Care after oral cavity surgery

Contraindications

• Allergy to cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorobutanol hemihydrate, eugenol or any of the other ingredients

Tips for use

• Reserved for adults and children over 7 years old
• Local use as mouthwash, do not swallow
• Recommended dosage: 3 mouthwashes per day with pure product (adult), diluted 50% with water (child aged 7 to 12)

Precautions for use

• Do not use in children under 7 years of age
• Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medicines
• If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine

Adverse effects

• Risk of convulsions in infants and children if the recommended doses are not respected
• Mouth irritation and systemic allergic reaction (very rare)

This medication is reserved for adults and children over 7 years old. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the package and bottle.
