The medicine Efferalgan 1000 mg Citrus Effervescent Tablet is an analgesic and antipyretic which contains paracetamol. It is indicated to relieve mild to moderate pain and fever, such as headaches, flu-like illness, dental pain, body aches and painful periods.

• Paracetamol 1000 mg
• Anhydrous citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, anhydrous sodium carbonate, sorbitol (E420), docusate sodium, povidone, sodium benzoate (E211), anhydrous lactose, aspartame (E951), acesulfame potassium, citrus flavor (orange-grapefruit)
