La Viatris Conseil Loratadine 10mg Allergies 7 Tablets is a medicine which belongs to the class of antihistamines. This product is designed to reduce allergy symptoms by preventing the effects of histamine. It is indicated in adults and children over 6 years old and weighing over 30 kg to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis.

Indications and Contraindications

• Indicated for symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, clear runny nose, itchy nose and/or eyes, watery eyes.
• Contraindicated in case of allergy to loratadine or any of the other components of the medication.
• Not recommended for children under 6 years old or weighing less than 30 kg.
• Use not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ingredients and Directions for Use

The active substance is loratadine (10 mg per tablet). Non-active ingredients include corn starch, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and lactose monohydrate.

• Dosage: 1 tablet per day for adults and children over 6 years old and weighing over 30 kg.
• Take with a glass of water, with or without food.
• In case of severe liver failure, the dosage is reduced to 1 tablet every 2 days.
