VoltarenActigo 140mg Medicated Plaster is a medicine used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. It is particularly effective in the short-term local treatment of pain in cases of painful benign trauma such as strains, sprains or bruises.

Indications and contraindications

• Used for adults and adolescents aged 16 and over
• Contraindicated in case of allergy to diclofenac or any of the other ingredients, asthma, skin reaction or swelling inside the nose causing irritation following the use of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs
• Contraindicated in cases of active stomach or duodenal ulcer, skin wounds, exudative dermatitis, infected skin lesions or eczema lesions
• Contraindicated during the last three months of pregnancy and in children under 16 years of age

Tips for use

The medicated plaster should be applied to the painful area once a day. The maximum daily dose is 1 plaster per day.

1. Open the sachet containing the plaster and extract it.2. Remove one of the two protective papers.3. Apply to the area to be treated and remove the remaining protective paper.4. Apply light pressure with the palm of your hand until the plaster adheres well to the skin.
