These dressings feature hypoallergenic 3M Micropore backing, which allows for easy application and removal without damaging the skin. The pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures optimal support of the dressing throughout the occlusion period. The non-adherent pad is absorbent, preventing tear secretions from adhering the dressing to the skin, while the Micropore backing allows the skin to breathe normally.
