Tips for use

Adults and children from 12 years old: 6 x 3 sprays per day

Shake before use. Place the plastic jigger on the bottle and turn clockwise until it is horizontal.
Place the tip of the dispenser (the nozzle) in your back of mouth/throat. Press the dispenser up and down and spray the required amount into the mouth/throat.
