Advantix is ​​an external antiparasitic for local application containing imidacloprid and permethrin. This association acts as an insecticide, acaricide and as a repellent against fleas, ticks, sandflies and mosquitoes.

Properties

• The solution is quickly distributed throughout the animal’s body after topical application.
• The two active ingredients remain detectable on the skin and hair of treated animals for 4 weeks.
• Systemic absorption of the two substances after application to healthy skin is very low, transient and does not affect clinical effectiveness.

Instructions

• Prevention and treatment of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides canis, Ctenocephalides felis)
• Prevention and treatment of infestations by biting lice (Trichodectes canis)

Contraindications

• Puppies less than 7 weeks old or weighing less than 4 kg
• Hypersensitivity to active substances or to any of the excipients
• Cats (the product is extremely toxic in cats and can be fatal)

Tips for use

Precautions for use

• Avoid contact of the solution with the eyes or mouth of treated dogs
• Consult your veterinarian before using this product on sick and weakened dogs
