Tips for use:

1. Measure your hips and waist to choose the right size
2. Open the product completely and position the ends of the belt with the adhesives towards the rear
3. Fold the diaper gently lengthwise and form a hollow to raise the leak barriers
4. Position the diaper between the legs so that it is worn closest to the body
