This medication is an analgesic (relieves pain) and an antipyretic (reduces fever). It contains aspirin and is indicated for pain and/or fevers such as headaches, flu-like illness, dental pain, aches.

Contraindications

• Allergy to aspirin or a related drug
• Asthma caused by aspirin administration
• Advanced pregnancy (more than 5 months)
• Evolving stomach or duodenal ulcer

• Sodium bicarbonate
• Sodium carbonate
• Anhydrous citric acid
• Acetylsalicylic acid (324mg per effervescent tablet)

Tips for use

• Reserved for adults and children from 20 kg (approximately 6 years old)
• Dosage dependent on the child’s weight
• Recommended daily dose: 60 mg/kg/day

Precautions for use

• Use with caution in cases of G6PD deficiency, kidney or liver disease, asthma, heavy periods
• Avoid combinations with oral anticoagulants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, glucocorticoids

• Inform your doctor or pharmacist of any other medicines you are taking
• Do not administer to a child without the advice of a doctor in case of viral illness
• Stop treatment in case of gastrointestinal bleeding
