Our cohesive elastic band is covered with a latex-free synthetic polymer, which allows the different layers of wrap to adhere to each other particularly securely.

Thanks to its particular weaving technique and its very elastic crimped polyamide threads, Elastomull Haft has excellent elasticity which is maintained even during prolonged wear. Composed of 40% cotton, 30% viscose and 30% polyamide, it is ideal for fixing dressings on all parts of the body, particularly on the joints.

Use Elastomull Haft as a slip stopper under compression bandages, as a light support bandage after removing a cast or tape, or for quick, material-saving application. It is also suitable for extended wear.
