Clément Thékan Milprazikan 4mg/10mg Kittens 2 Tablets

Clément Thékan Milprazikan is a veterinary medicine based on praziquantel and milbemycin oxime, used to treat mixed infestations by cestodes (flatworms) and nematodes (roundworms) in cats. It is also used for the prevention of heartworm disease.

Instructions

In cats, treatment of mixed infestations with immature and adult cestodes (flatworms) and adult nematodes (roundworms) of the following species:

• Cestodes: Echinococcus multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp.
• Nematodes: Ancylostoma tubaeforme, Toxocara cati

Precautions and contraindications

Do not use in kittens less than 6 weeks old and/or weighing less than 0.5 kg. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients.

Tips for use

In accordance with good veterinary practice, animals must be weighed to ensure accurate dosing. Minimum recommended dose: 2 mg milbemycin oxime and 5 mg praziquantel per kg body weight, administered as a single oral dose.
