Dafalgan is a medicine used to treat pain and fever. It contains paracetamol, an effective analgesic and antipyretic. This medication is indicated for headaches, flu-like conditions, dental pain, body aches and painful periods.

Tips for use

• Start your treatment with the lowest effective dose: 500 mg.
• Never exceed 1 g (1000 mg) per dose.
• Wait at least 4 to 6 hours before taking another dose.
• When self-medicating, never exceed 3 g (3000 mg) per day and do not exceed 5 days of treatment.
• Avoid any alcohol consumption during treatment.
• Always check if other medicines you are taking contain paracetamol to avoid exceeding the recommended daily dose.
• If pain persists for more than 5 days or fever for more than 3 days, consult your doctor.

Precautions for use

It is important to respect the recommended doses and not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 3 g of paracetamol per day. If you have liver or kidney problems, kidney failure, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking this medication.
