Hartmann RespoSorb absorbent dressings are designed to provide rapid and effective absorption of wound exudates and secretions. They are particularly well suited to wounds with a specially designed absorbent core made of soft cellulose flakes and superabsorbent.

These absorbent compresses are friendly to the wound and have a water-repellent but breathable non-woven fabric to protect the wound against contamination. The entire product is wrapped in a soft two-layer non-woven fabric, which does not adhere to the wound and promotes rapid absorption of exudates.
