Tips for Use

Start with 2 capsules in a single dose (i.e. 4 mg of loperamide hydrochloride). If diarrhea continues, take 1 additional capsule after each loose stool, but do not exceed 6 capsules per day and 2 days of treatment.

Never take Imodium Liquicaps if you are allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients, if blood is present in your stools and/or if you have a high fever, or if you suffer from certain chronic bowel diseases.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness or fatigue, so caution should be taken when driving or using machines.

Presentation and Storage
