Labcatal Rubozinc Zinc Gluconate 30 Capsules 15mg

Rubozinc 15 mg, capsule is a medication containing zinc, indicated for the treatment of inflammatory acne of minor and medium severity as well as for acrodermatitis enteropathica. It is important to follow the recommended dosages to achieve the best results.

Dosage and instructions for use

• Acne: 2 capsules per day in a single dose in the morning, away from meals, for 3 months, then 1 capsule per day.
• Acrodermatitis enteropathica: 1 capsule per day, at least until puberty, then possibly 2 capsules per day in a single dose.
• Take with a large glass of water, away from meals (at least 2 hours apart), as the food bolus can modify the absorption of the medication.

Precautions for use

• The capsules should be taken with a large glass of water and in a sitting position to limit the risk of digestive disorders.
• The lying position should be avoided for 30 minutes after taking the capsules.
• The drug can be administered in cases of celiac disease, but use is not recommended in patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome.

Composition and contraindications

• Active substance: Zinc in the form of zinc gluconate.
• Other ingredients: wheat starch, hydrated colloidal silica, magnesium stearate, lactose.
• Contraindications: allergy to the active substance or to one of the other components.
