Shilajit, a fossil plant from the Himalayas, comes from the slow decomposition of plants over thousands of years. This plant substance is collected on the steep walls of the Himalayas at altitudes between 2000 and 5000 meters.

Shilajit can contribute to many functions in the body, including:
