This medication, Nurofen Flash 400mg, contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug: ibuprofen. It is indicated, in adults and children weighing more than 30 kg, for the short-term treatment of fever and/or pain such as headaches, flu-like conditions, dental pain, aches and painful periods.

Tips for use

Swallow the tablet without chewing it, with a large glass of water. The tablets are preferably taken during a meal.

Precautions for use

Do not exceed 3 tablets per day (1200 mg). Do not take at the same time as other medications containing nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin).

Contraindications

• During breastfeeding
• Serious liver, heart or kidney disease
• Evolving or recurrent stomach or intestinal ulcer or bleeding
