Pranarôm Lavandin Super Organic Essential Oil 10ml

Discover the super organic lavender essential oil based on Lavandula intermedia clone super, the result of the hybridization of true lavender and aspic lavender. This oil is renowned for its powerful antispasmodic, variable antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, healing, vulnerary, calming, relaxing and sedative properties.

Ingredients: Aromatic molecules (linalool, linalyl acetate) and distilled part (flowery top).

How to use:- Oral use: 3 drops, 2 to 3 times a day in honey, olive oil or on cane sugar, under the tongue.- Cutaneous use: 4 drops rubbed or applied locally, 2 to 3 times a day, for the indication to be treated, on the inside of the wrists or the solar plexus.

Tips and tricks: Use it in atmospheric diffusion for a state of well-being and relaxation, or diffuse it in your bedroom before sleeping for calm and restorative sleep.
