Tips for use:- Against stress and anxiety: 2 drops of Roman Chamomile + 2 drops of True Lavender + 2 drops of Tarragon in 10 drops of Puressentiel Sweet Almond Vegetable Oil 3 times a day for 6 days applied along the spine and 1 drop of Lemongrass + 1 drop of Green Mandarin on a neutral Puressentiel tablet 3 times a day for 5 days- In case of hiccups: 1 drop of Green Mandarin + 1 drop of Basil in a teaspoon of honey, to mix in 1 cup of herbal tea
